At Lunar Memories, each product is crafted with care. Please review our policy before requesting a return.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Personalized Products (Important)
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You receive the wrong item

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used items
- Perishable goods or personal care products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Exception: Personalized/custom products are not eligible under this rule.
